For those that haven’t heard yet, Paris Hilton has been ordered back to jail to complete her full sentence of 45 days. This is as it should have been all along. I saw no reason why this creature should have been released to begin with. Health concerns my butt! People contract HIV and AIDS in jail and prison every day and yet they are not given a blanche card to go serve out the remainder of their sentence in a mansion. Why should she be any different?

Crybaby Gets it Even Easier

Now this is just absolutely pathetic and completely undermines the entire justice system:

Hilton’s Jail Term Cut to About 23 Days
May 16, 9:06 PM EST

Paris Hilton will serve about half of her 45-day jail sentence and will be separated from the general inmate population, authorities said Wednesday.

The hotel heiress will spend about 23 days in a “special needs housing unit” at the Century Regional Detention Center in suburban Lynwood, Los Angeles County sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore said.

Her sentence was shortened after jail officials gave her credit for good behavior, Whitmore said. Officials considered several factors in calculating the credit, including that she appeared for her latest court date, he said.

Hilton will stay in a unit that contains 12 two-person cells reserved for police officers, public officials, celebrities and other high-profile inmates, he said.

Like everyone else in the 2,200-inmate facility, Hilton will get at least an hour outside her cell each day to shower, watch television, participate in outdoor recreation or talk on the telephone, he said.

The 26-year-old socialite was sentenced to jail this month for violating the terms of her probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case. A judge ordered her to report to jail by June 5.

A call to her lawyer, DUI specialist Richard Hutton, was not immediately returned. Her publicist, Elliot Mintz, declined to comment.

This bimbo had the gall to call her light sentence cruel and unusual then bombard Gov. Schwarzenegger’s office until he made the official statement that he had better things to do, and yet they decided to reward her with this baloney? What an utter disgrace and farce.

Inmates of the jail Hilton will be sent to, I implore you, help her to wake up and see the world around her. She needs it and apparently the CJS won’t do it and her parents already passed the buck on that job.

Justice Has Been Served

hilton.jpgFinally a judge that will dish out the proper punishments to celebrities and none of this wishy-washy namby pamby baloney of giving them a slap on the wrist either.

A judge sentenced Paris Hilton to 45 days in county jail Friday for violating her probation, putting the brakes on the hotel heiress’ famous high life.

Hilton, who parlayed her name and relentless partying into worldwide notoriety, must go to jail on June 5 and she will not be allowed any work release, furloughs, use of an alternative jail or electronic monitoring in lieu of jail, Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer ruled after a hearing.

I am ecstatic to see justice served for once. She got off so easy by getting probation and she couldn’t even be grateful enough for that. In my opinion she is just getting exactly what she deserves. Best yet is the fact that she will serve out her jail time and she will not be allowed furloughs or electronic monitoring. She committed the crime and she will do the time. I’m loving this. She’s still getting some special treatment obviously. They likely won’t leave her unsupervised with other inmates and she might even get solitary confinement, but still the thought that she’s going to be doing time pleases me immensely. It’s always a good day when you see celebrities getting their just deserts like the rest of us “peons” would get.
