Some of you may recognize the term “Message Sequence Chart” from your school days. It was that annoying technique that teachers loved to make us all use to show how we were going to go about a certain project or paper. That technique was incorporated into what is known as the Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagram and is most commonly referred to as a “Sequence Diagram”.

For some of you it may have been a while since you heard these terms thrown about so let me explain. A sequence diagram displays different processes, steps, or objects that exist and function simultaneously, as parallel vertical lines and horizontal arrows. This is ringing bells now isn’t it? :) When using this in regards to technology, it also displays the messages exchanged between them and in the order that they occur. Basical it’s the graphical representation of runtime, or if you’re doing this for a school teacher, a very annal step-by-step procedure mapping.

As you can guess, or remember maybe, these aren’t always easy to put together. And more often than not, when it comes to setting up a sequence diagram with multiple processes and messages, you’ll ind yourself making quite a few mistakes and having to start over. Using a sequence diagram tool like this one will not only make your life much easier but it’ll also save you time and money since you won’t have to spend hours revising and editing or pay someone else do create it for you.

No One is Exempt From the Law!

Published by Joana under Crime, Food & Drink

You see and hear of so many instances where those who make and implement the laws get around them. Hell even celebrities have a habit of getting charges for the most serious of offesnes thrown out the window or doing a small petty amount of community service in compensation for their crimes.

So when someone who is supposed to be enforcing and upholding the laws screws up it’s nice to see thembe held accountable. Even if one would really hope they wouldn’t be breaking the laws to begin with.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The executive director of the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Control faces a drunken driving charge after he was arrested during a traffic stop.

Chris Lilly was pulled over Saturday on U.S. 27 outside Nicholasville because his Ford Explorer was missing a headlight, and because he was weaving and driving slowly, police said.

Police said Lilly smelled of alcohol, lost his balance during a sobriety test and recorded a Breathalyzer reading of 0.181. The legal limit is 0.08.

Whenever we here the dreaded “Loan” word we all cringe. We get this image of someone who is utterly poor and unable to afford much. Or sometimes and when we heard the terms “Personal Loans” or “Pay Day Loan” we think of someone living beyond their means. It’s a reaction that has been so hard-wired into us by pop-culture references that it’s hard to think any other way.

This isn’t always the truth necessarily though. Oh certainly there are those who do fit the stereotypes, but sometimes you just need something to help tide you over until your next pay period.
